What is on the site

The tools cover PDFs and documents, photos and images, developer utilities, generators, everyday calculators, and engineering and construction quantities. Each tool page states what that tool does, the steps, and the limits.

The PDF editor, photo editor, engineering studio, and background remover are marked beta. A beta tool can miss an edge case. The page says so.

The PDF editor, photo editor, and engineering studio are free with limits. Other tool pages that say free forever are not a charge for later use of that hosted tool. The terms and the licensing page set what that means.

Where the work happens

A file you open is handled on your device. eTools does not ask you to create an account, and it does not upload the file in order to run the tool. The privacy page lists the requests that do leave the device, and what they contain.

Engineering tools

This is a planning estimate. Confirm quantities against the structural drawings before ordering or cutting material. They are not a structural design, a code check, or a quotation.
