Contact
Ganvya reads email sent to the address below. That is the contact for a tool, a result, a privacy request, and a notice under the terms.
What to include
- The tool name and the page address.
- What you did, and what you expected.
- The browser, if the tool failed to open or to download.
Do not attach a confidential file, a password, or a customer list unless Ganvya has agreed in writing to receive it. There is no account on eTools, and the tools do not need the file to be emailed.
Notices
A notice under the terms, the privacy page, or the licensing page is sent to the same address. Ganvya does not publish a postal address for this site.
The resources page lists settings, guides, and the legal pages.
