How to edit a PDF without uploading it

The PDF editor opens the file in the page. You can start from a blank page instead. Nothing is uploaded, and the PDF is not kept after you leave.

Writing that is already on the page

Double-click a line to type over it. The editor covers that line. The original text can remain inside the file, so use Redact PDF when it has to be removed. Text set in the built-in fonts is written into the download as real text. A character the font cannot draw is painted as an image, so it still appears.

Images you add

Images you place on the page are saved in this browser for the next file, until you clear them. That store is separate from the PDF. The editor is marked beta and is free with limits.
