How to find a shared working time
- Add the cities that have to be in the meeting. Up to eight.
- Set the local working day, such as 9 to 17. The end hour is not included.
- Read the next windows. Each one is checked in 30-minute steps for the next 7 days.
Questions
Why is there sometimes no result?
A 9-to-5 day in Colombo, London and New York does not overlap. Widen the hours or drop a city and the next window appears.
Does daylight saving change the result?
Yes. Each city uses its own timezone rules, so a date in June and a date in January can produce different clocks for the same hours.
